Ranking Ben and Jerrys Flavors # 40-36

Even though this is technically a theme Park blog I reserve the right to go off on a tangent and do whatever I want with it. I have decided that for the time being I am going to turn this into a countdown blog, counting down my favorite thing such as foods, movies, tv shows, rides, etc. starting today.

Now I am a relatively skinny person, at least for the time being, but despite this I still have a very big sweet tooth, especially for Ice Cream. I have had a love for Ben and Jerrys Ice Cream for the past two years or so and over the past two years I have tried 40 different flavors. Some of these flavors are absolutely delicious and have earned many repeat buys, some of them have been so gross I wont ever touch them again. Those are the ones we'll be talking about today as these are #40-36, the bottom five, of the Ben and Jerrys flavors that I have tried.

40. Creme Brulee: This flavor was so nasty that I didnt even make it past a first spoonful, honestly. I remember vividly when I tried this, August of 2012, and I still remember the gross flavor it had. This ice cream based off the french desert was supposed to taste like sugar and caramel but just tasted way to artificially sweet. This flavor has since been discontinued so I guess I wasnt the only one not fond of it.

39. Pina Colada: This limited edition flavor available as a summer flavor in summer 2013 based off the popular drink was another disgusting flavor to me. Coconut ice cream with pineapple chunks is the description. the ice cream flavor was pretty bland, resembling not a coconut at all to me. The pineapple chunks were rock hard, Ben and Jerrys usually does a good job of making sure their food mix ins dont have a frozen texture despite being in ice cream but this time they didnt. I made it past one spoonful, putting it above Creme Brulee, but I still didnt make it through even one full scoop. This flavor was supposed to be a limited edition flavor for the summer but we are in January and it is still available in many stores because it has sold so poorly.

38. Cannoli: Another limited edition flavor available from November 2012 through March 2013, I at least made it through half a pint of this one. Based off the italian desert this flavor was very sweet, and had mini cannoli pieces with the marscapone ice cream. It was an OK flavor, but the overly sweet nature of it made it hard to get through a bowl. Unlike the previous two flavor on this list however, I am in the minority on this one as most of the public loved this flavor.

37. Boston Cream Pie: Yet another flavor based off of a popular desert. Another flavor that was way to sweet, and the syrup inside made to resemble the filling of one of these pies was pretty gross.
36. Volun-Tiramisu: Yet another flavor off a popular desert, with a volun prefix to promote volunteering. the Tiramisu flavor was very much like coffee which isnt really up my alley.

Next time the countdown will continue with 35-31
